two room apartment with balcony in our best renovated villa
This lovely villa was built for the daughter of the prince in 1904. It ist situated across from the castle. The historic centre and the castle can be reached afoot in 3 minutes. Cafés and restaurants and a bakery as well.
Both apartments were renovated in 2020. The one on the ground floor has three rooms with a terrasse and a garden. The other one above has two rooms and a balcony.
1 full bathroom, has a balcony, has WIFI, recently renovated, beautiful forest location, 1 bedroom and a living room where you can sleep also; sleeps: max. 6
Access to the house via an outside staircase. Separate entrance via a spiral staircase to the upper floor with its own small balcony.
Large light-filled living / dining room with sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m wide) and single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m)
Fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, cooker with ceramic hob and convection oven, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker …).
Bedroom with king size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and wardrobe. Window to the east, so the morning sun will wake you up! If desired, a separate bed can be placed in the room.
Generous bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and mirrored cabinet (your laundry can be washed for a fee of 3 euros.).
Internet possible (Wifi).
Vacuum cleaner, broom, hair dryer, iron are available in the apartment
