Please observe that:<\/span>
\n The apartment booking is only binding once the rental fee is received.<\/span>
\n Check-in is from 17:00. Exceptions are only possible by prior arrangment.<\/span>
\n Check-out is by 11:00 and the room must be \u201cbroom-clean.\u201d Exceptions are only possible by prior arrangment<\/span>
\n Overnight guests must be registered beforehand. Advance rent per person per night 12 \u20ac.<\/span>
\n We ask that the dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, etc. be clean and dry and returned to the cupboard prior to check-out.<\/span>
\n We ask you not to smoke in the apartment.<\/span>
\n Animals are not allowed in the apartment.<\/span>
\n A towel is available in the kitchen.<\/span>
\n Consumables such as soap, toilet paper and garbage bags are provided and are sufficient for two days. Tenants are responsible for additional consumables.<\/span>
\n The bathroom should be ventilated after showering for at least 10 minutes.<\/span>
\n Please close all windows and the apartment door when leaving the apartment.<\/span>
\n The property gate and apartment keys may not be passed on to outsiders.<\/span>
\n If you have used the washing machine, please pay when you check out (3 \u20ac per load).<\/span>
\n The tenant is liable for damages and will be charged at replacement cost.<\/span>
\n The landlord is not responsible for valuables of the tenant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Special features in \u201cLiving at Schlosspark\u201d<\/strong><\/span>
\n To protect the wood flooring we ask you to not wear street shoes in the apartment. Upon request we will provide slippers.<\/span>
\n The property entrance door must be closed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Special features in apartment \u201cAmbiente Mediterran\u201d<\/strong><\/span>
\n The bathroom has no window, so we ask you to leave the door open every time after showering.<\/span>
\n The parking lot marked \u201cWohnung 11\u201d is available exclusively for housing vacation guests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Special features in Bad Kissingen:<\/strong><\/span>
\n Please only use parking lot no. 8 or one of the parking lots for visitors.<\/span>
\n The key also fits for the cabin containing rubbish bins (on the left side)<\/span>
